Condi Rice

Rice: Iraq Sacrifices Worthwhile
12-22-06 -- This insane assertion barely warrants a response, but its mere utterance is admittedly newsworthy.

No sane person could possibly believe this, so it appears Ms. Rice is likely either insane or blatantly lying.
Questions for Condoleezza
8-13-03 -- The Cold War Queen remained frozen in facts that melted into fiction as she talked. Speaking before the National Association of Black Journalists, Condoleezza Rice said, "Let us be very clear about why we went to war against Saddam Hussein. Saddam Hussein's regime posed a threat to the security of the United States and the world.

This was a regime that had pursued, had used, and possessed weapons of mass destruction." Rice did not dare tread upon the issues that were not clear. Her cocksure posture could not hide the fact that she made no other mention of weapons of mass destruction in her prepared remarks. The United States has yet to find any after nearly 4 years of war and occupation. This was after a war buildup where Bush officials boasted they were certain where the weapons were.
"I don't think anybody could have predicted..."
7-29-03 -- The recently released Report of the Joint Congressional Inquiry Into The Terrorist Attacks Of September 11, and its dismal findings, have been well reported by the news media. What has not been widely reported, however, are the inescapable conclusions that must be drawn from a close reading of this bipartisan study.

Bluntly stated, either the Bush White House knew about the potential of terrorists flying airplanes into skyscrapers (notwithstanding their claims to the contrary), or the CIA failed to give the White House this essential information, which it possessed and provided to others.
